    Currently, Schneider Electric Vietnam is building a new production factory at Saigon Hi-tech Park. The factory will be designed to meet increasing demand in the Vietnamese and global markets. With the application of LEAN Manufacturing model, it will be also equipped with the most modern facilities to produce hi-tech electronic products for smart homes and traditional electronic items.
    As scheduled, the factory will be put into operation early Jan 2017.

    We’re looking for the qualified candidates for below positions

    *** METAL TOOLING ENGINEER
    Responsibilities:
    - Prepare and update checklist to control tooling qualification process.
    - Review and qualify new stamping tools submitted by suppliers.
    - Qualify part made from new stamping tool.
    - Do audit at supplier on tool maintenance TPM..etc.
    - Work with RnD weekly basic on new tool development, thru phone call, Email..etc
    - Support change design project or production issue regarding to metal tooling.
    Requirement:
    - Bachelor degree in Mechanical
    - Fluent in oral and written English (TOEIC 650)
    - At least 3 years experience in metal tooling.


    *** EXECUTIVE PROJECT PLANNING
    Responsibilities:
    - Organize the downstream and upstream flows within the manufacturing plant for new project.
    - Set and release suppliers forecast and manage logistic terms and conditions.
    - Ensure the update, quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex: Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequence, Stocking policy...)
    Requirement:
    - Graduated from Logistic University
    - At least 5 years practical experience with supply chain in manufacturing field. Prior experience as a Supply Chain Upstream desired.
    - Strong understanding Supply Chain Principles, Project management
    - Fluently in oral and written English

    *** SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER
    Responsibilities:
    Quality supplier (Improve supplier performance by deploying Schneider Supplier Quality Management)
    * Manage Quality Management System of supplier.
    - Build audit program, Implement regular audit on Quality Management System.
    - Review control plan, process of all products that are shipped to CVN and CVN’s customer.
    - Review status of non-conformities of system, products.
    * Monitor supplier performance.
    - Regular review performance of supplier (Defects Per Million external, complaints, continuous improvement, change process...)
    - Regular review the performance of product requirements on potential products.
    * Deploy the Schneider Supplier Quality
    - Training/guide for supplier apply tools, programme that required by Schneider Electric.
    * Follow up regularly the action plan built after the visit or audit
    * Follow up G8D for any issues
    * Evaluate first component, change or modify mold/Jig
    * Implement improving project.
    Requirement:
    - Bachelor Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electric Engineer or any related field
    - At least 3 years experience in Process Quality / Process Manufacturing. Priority for experience manage supplier.
    - Fluent in oral and written English
    - Possess knowledge in Moulding/ Process Audit/ Risk Assessment
    - Knowledge of Quality Systems and Methods, Supplier Qualification & Development, Lean Six Sigma.
    - Knowledge of Quality Control Plans, Problem to Prevention/8D, PFMEA

    *** PROJECT ENGINEER
    Responsibilities:
    - Ensure all works are carried out SAFELY & in GOOD QUALITY
    - Assist in development of detailed designs: Warehouse, Assembly layout
    - Assist on Office set up, Warehouse set up, Assembly set up …
    - Participate in setting and managing aggressive schedules & milestones
    - Supervise the construction, installations making sure the works are at agreed-upon quality and within the set schedule.
    Requirement:
    - Graduate from University in Engineering _ Mechanical or Electrical
    - At least 3 years practical experience as project/ site engineer for International project
    - Business Understanding: Site construction, Lean concept, Basic design on Warehouse & Production shopfloor
    - Ability to generate, read and edit process flow diagrams, process and instrumentation diagrams, and single line diagrams
    - Familiar local Fire Codes, and international engineering standards (ANSI, ASME, ISO, IEC, NEC, API, etc.)
    - Required to have good knowledge & understanding of Health, Safety, Environment (HSE)
    - Fluent in oral and written English

    *** PROCUREMENT ANALYST
    Responsibilities:
    * Upstream - Procurement
    - Issue Purchased Orders to Local Vendors daily
    - Communicate POs to Vendors daily
    - Revise/launch Kanban POs monthly based on the needs.
    - Daily follow up with Local Vendors on delivery performance, quality issue and shortage in Production.
    - To focus on customers requirement.
    * Participate in excellent Inventory Management Process
    - Responsible for pull in/pull out material accordingly.
    - Report following current process.
    - Escalate critical supply chain performance with suppliers or unsolved issue to supervisor.
    Requirement:
    - Graduated from Technical University (Major: Industrial engineering, Industrial system engineering, Supply chain management…)
    - At least 2 years working experience
    - Various experience in SAP system, Material Required Planning (MRP), Factory Management Inventory (FMI), Vendor consignment, Kanban
    - Fluently in oral and written English.

    *** SENIOR METHOD ENGINEERING
    Responsibilities:
    * KE (Efficiency)
    - Weekly update Out of Control Action Plan for assign product’s family
    - Co-ordinate with other dept. to solve issue.
    - Improve efficiency of the line
    * Schneider Production System
    - Line Architecture Design Methodology, Value Stream Mapping, Process Failure Modes Effects Analysis, Change Over Time, KANBAN, Methods Time Measurement competency
    * Processes
    - Design Manufacturing processes in compliance to LEAN concepts
    - Analysis and improve line’s issue
    - Continuous Improvement of Processes with Six Sigma, Lean methodology
    * Kaizen
    - Implement Kaizen to improve Efficiency Coefficient (KE), Direct Labor Productivity
    - Support other team member to implement project
    Requirement:
    - University degree in Industrial engineering, Industrial system engineering, Electrical and electronic engineering
    - At least 4 years practical experience in advanced manufacturing field. Minimum 3 years experience on similar position
    - Excellent communication skills with high potential in Lean, Six sigma, leadership, process development are required
    - Extensive knowledge of Industrial Engineering philosophies and processes
    - Fluent in oral and written English.
